Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Any return shipments sent without prior email notification or after the return period has expired will be rejected and returned to sender without notice.
- Return Shipping fees:
1) Customer's change of mind or mistaken purchase: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
2) Product defect or wrong item shipped: Return shipping is free of charge. - Returned items will be processed for exchange or refund within 7 days of arrival at our customer service center.
- Refunds will be issued via cancellatioin of the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-returnable Conditions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If more than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered.
- If any components or packaging included with the item are missing or damaged (e.g., gifts, return label, etc).
- If the product has been opened, used, or its value is compromised due to handling.
- For microbiome test kits, returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date, even if unused. (Please note: Test kits are recommended for use within 6 months of delivery.)
