This product should be consumed once a day, with one sachet (2g). It can be mixed with lukewarm water (below 40°C), formula, or toddler meals. For babies, it can be added to yogurt or juice, or consumed directly in powder form.

When adding probiotics to formula or baby food, it is best to add the probiotics after the food has cooled to a temperature that the child can eat. As long as the temperature is below 40°C, the probiotics will not be killed, so it can be safely added to formula or baby food.
